Blattspinat, SpinatEin ganz besonders gesundes Gemüse ist unser Spinat. Denn Spinat hat einen sehr hohen Gehalt an Vitaminen, Mineralien und Eiweiß. Wer Spinat bis Mitte August aussät kann ihn gleich zweimal ernten. Eine Ernte kann im Herbst und eine Ernte im Frühjahr eingefahren werden. Besonders wichtig beim Anbau von Spinat ist eine sorgfältige Vorbereitung des Bodens. Nach dem Sie den Boden gut bearbeitet haben und für feinkörnigen Boden gesorgt haben, sollten Sie den Boden eine Weile ruhen lassen. Die Aussaat sollte in Reihen mit einem Abstand von Reihe zu Reihe von circa 25 Zentimetern erfolgen. Aber Vorsicht! Sie sollten in den Reihen nicht zu dicht säen, sonst könnte es passieren, dass die Pflänzchen gegenseitig um Licht, Wasser und Nährstoffe konkurieren. Blattspinat ist vergleichsweise zu anderen Gemüsepflanzen eher frosthart. Es kann aber nicht schaden, wenn Sie die Spinatpflanzen im Winter durch Reisig oder Vlies etwas schützen.
